Are you ready to scale a high-performing sales team across one of the fastest-growing and diverse regions in SaaS? Asana is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and customer-obsessed Small & Medium Business (SMB) Sales Manager to lead our high-velocity sales motion across the APAC & JPN (APJ) region. Based in our Sydney office, you'll be responsible for building, developing, and inspiring a team of Account Executives focused on converting new business and expanding existing relationships with our small and mid-sized customers.
The SMB segment is built on top of our Product-Led Growth (PLG) engine. We help new customers realize early value from Asana, guide growing teams through their first key milestones, and create paths to long-term success. You'll drive regional strategy and execution, enable predictable and scalable revenue growth, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the SMB customer journey.

This role is based in our Sydney office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
