**About this opportunity**:
Reporting to the Executive General Manager - Communications & Customer Experience, the Application Support Analyst provides knowledge and expertise in The Disability Trust’s existing Salesforce instance and provides input and advice on solution elements throughout replacement of the current Client Management System.

This is a critical role within IT Operations which requires a hands-on approach now, and in the future, as the organisation grows. We are looking for someone who can hit-the-ground running from day one, own the role and be a key contributor to the team, with role responsibilities that include:

- Managing incidents, problems & changes through Service Manager ticketing system
- Stakeholder management with key business users
- Driving ITSM/ITIL processes within the organisation
- Identifying recurring problems and implement process and system enhancements to drive continual improvement

**The skills and competencies we are looking for are**:

- Salesforce experience
- Strong customer service, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with SQL Database querying and with MS Excel
- Experience with data migration to the Salesforce platform
- Sound understanding of standard objects in the Salesforce object model
- Knowledge of the NDIS and experience using Lumary would be highly regarded.

The annual salary for the role ranges from $98,000 - $102,000 including superannuation, negotiable based on qualifications and relevant experience. Additionally, we offer you:
