**You'll be responsible for**- Managing workflows for new business, renewals, and endorsements to ensure quality delivery of products and services.- Cultivating relationships within a designated portfolio, focusing on underwriting private insurance within authority limits.- Providing tailored solutions based on available information to meet client needs.- Aligning business offerings with divisional objectives, balancing growth and profitability.- Identifying new business opportunities and enhance conversion rates while maximizing retention of preferred accounts.

**About you**- Experience in operational, private, or commercial underwriting within a complex general insurance organization.- Strong planning and prioritization skills to manage tasks and competing demands effectively.- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and legislative compliance impacting the organization.- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and provide insightful solutions.
