The Opportunity

To do this successfully you will:

- Complete underwriting assessments within personal authority levels
- Achieve service level, productivity, and quality targets
- Active participation in phone queue management, and tele-underwriting protocols
- Strong adviser communication and relationship building
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with all stakeholders
- Actively collaborating with distribution in the management of key underwriting accounts
- Underwriting experience within life insurance is highly desirable
- Ability to demonstrate best practice in Underwriting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
