Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Underwriter, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our broker partners through timely and informed underwriting decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and underwriting personal insurance risks in line with product guidelines.
  • Ensuring underwriting practices comply with national policies and protocols.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Delivering exceptional service across all customer touchpoints to foster trust and advocacy.
