**How will I help?**

Join our Reward and Relationship team as a Manager, where you'll partner with the business to manage performance and reward calendar activities, providing program management, consulting, and analytical support on reward projects such as developing performance and reward policies and plans. As someone who thrives on fostering meaningful and trusted business relationships, you'll collaborate with CoE teams, divisional HR teams, and business leaders to offer advice, guidance, and influence. Supporting the Head of Reward with BAU performance and reward activities, you'll leverage your analytical skills and strategic mindset to ensure the successful delivery and embedment of Group Performance and Reward frameworks into the business. This role includes agile project work throughout the year and plays a critical part in the annual remuneration period, peaking between September and December. You'll thrive on the energy of this busy period, supporting the team as everyone rolls up their sleeves and works at a dynamic pace, while also enjoying some fun and laughs along the way.

**What’s in it for me?**

You’ll play a significant part of the future of a business that has been around for over 200 years. Our purpose is to create better futures together. So, we’ll back you in the development of your career, internal career prospects, and flexible working. You’ll also keep learning to grow your career, backed by a fantastic team of people with a can-do, supportive structure. Whatever shape your family takes, we offer generous paid and unpaid parental leave for your nominated primary and support carers. This includes leave to organise adoptions, surrogacy, and foster care arrangements. And we continue to pay your super contributions while you take all the time you need to get your new family settled.

**What do I need?**

To excel in this role, you'll need proven experience in performance management, reward, and remuneration practices in a Financial Services environment or Large and complex organisation. You will enjoy building relationships with your stakeholders and offering tailored solutions to complex problems. Your superior analytical and modelling skills, coupled with the ability to quality check the analytical work of others, will be crucial. Additionally, a strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies and market benchmarking is essential. If you're passionate about driving performance and reward initiatives and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you

**What’s it like to work there?**

We are a collaborative team of passionate people with a shared ambition to make a difference for our customers, our communities and each other. At Westpac, making a difference means creating impact, unlocking our own and each other’s passions, and transformative success stories to create better futures together.

As well as competitive remuneration and a great culture, joining the Westpac family gives you access to a wide range of employee benefits to help you manage your priorities - whether that means family life, work/life balance, ambition to grow or all the little perks in between.
