**What’s the role?**

You’ll be the go-to person for all things performance and reward—bringing strategy to life, making data sing, and helping leaders make smart, fair decisions about how we recognise and reward our people. This is a full-time gig based in the heart of Sydney. Expect a fast-paced rhythm from September to December, but we promise it’s worth it.

You’ll work closely with passionate HR pros, business leaders, and our Reward Centre of Excellence to make sure our reward programs are not just compliant—but compelling.

**What do I need?**
- A knack for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights (Excel is your playground).
- Experience in performance, reward, and remuneration—this isn’t your first rodeo.
- Confidence to consult, influence, and advise stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management skills that keep things moving and people aligned.
- A curious mind and a commercial edge—you get the “why” behind the numbers.
