Join our team as a Sales & Marketing Manager - Club Connect, focusing on the community sporting club landscape We're seeking a passionate individual to lead our marketing efforts focusing on authentic connections and nurturing business relationships within the community sports environment, resulting in organic sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive community engagement and brand awareness.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with community sports clubs to encourage adoption of Club Connect services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with community sporting leagues and associations.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Club Connect at community events and engagements.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of sales and marketing experience, with a focus on community engagement preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to nurture organic sales growth through effectively representing and promoting the brand within the community.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Passion for community sports and a genuine interest in making a positive impact.
- A collaborative mindset, contributing positively to a supportive work environment and inspiring others to excel.
- A flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and industry trends.
