**The position requires an applicant who**:
1. Understands the organisations vision, priorities and business objectives. Develops work plans by determining milestones, schedules and resources in line with annual work programs and organisational priorities.
2. Uses a range of processes, tools and techniques to effectively manage a work group to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
