Our Sydney based company is a specialist provider of a vast array of building services and project management. We deliver essential building works; both interior and exterior, commercial, residential and retail.

**About You**:

- Good communication skills and professional presentation.
- Sound knowledge of the building industry
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Confidence in managing sub-contractors and labourers
- Competent in keeping to timelines and project requirements
- Valid trade qualification/ trade background of any type advantageous but not a necessity.

**Your Responsibilities**:
The Site Supervisor will need to be able to manage the overall day to day operations of various sized projects, maintain a safe WHS policy on all sites and possess a high attention to detail with workmanship and quality assurance.

You will be working with our building team within the company and will be working alongside our experienced builder who will assist you in the delivery of projects assigned to you. You must be able to maintain a safe and productive work site and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget within industry standard.
