We design and construct the following assets; power generation, transmission lines, substations, electrical distribution networks, water and waste water treatment plans and water pipelines.

**About the Role**

UGL are currently looking for a Recruitment Business partner to help support our alliance partnership with Endeavour Energy. The role will be responsible for high volume blue
- and white-collar resources across the UGL Endeavour Energy Alliance. This position will have a variety of roles to work across from trades, and support staff to Engineers, Supervisors, and the like.

The position will be based on site at Endeavour Energy’s office in Huntingwood with flexible working conditions. The role is a 6-12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- End to end recruitment
- Strategic sourcing from various platforms - internal recruitment database, LinkedIn
- Maintaining accurate data in UGL/Endeavour Energy Recruitment platforms

**About You**
- Proven background covering end to end recruitment (preferably from an engineering, construction or Utilities background).
- Previous experience with recruiting across both blue
- and white-collar, high volume recruitment activities.
- Strong administration skills and able to handle multiple roles at once
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
