**About the Company**

Our client is a leader in the catering sector, providing innovative solutions to a national client base. They are currently seeking a experienced an AP Officer, to compliment their tight-knit team.

**About the Role**

Your responsibilities will include
- Receive, review and process supplier invoices and credit notes.
- 3-way match the purchase order, goods receipt note, and invoice from the supplier.
- Liaise with managers on payment approvals.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders with regards to discrepancies.
- End of month processing
- Bank and supplier statement reconciliations
- Data entry of accounts receivable transactions to journals and ledgers
- Collection of accounts from customers

**About You**

You must have experience with AP and AR processing, and be accurate and reliable. The environment is casual, with hard-working and down-to-earth colleagues, so a good work ethic and personable demeanour will see you fitting in well.

**The Benefits**

- $70 000 per annum plus super
