The Arts, Education and Law group encompasses creative and performing arts, law, education, criminology, social science and humanities. The Office of the Dean (Learning & Teaching) supports Griffith’s largest and most diverse academic group to focus on developing programs, high quality educational experiences and innovative approaches to digital learning and teaching to prepare students for a changing world.

**Job Description**:
The position works as a part of the Arts, Education and Law, Learning & Teaching team and in close collaboration with academic colleagues across the Group to support the uptake and usage of appropriate information and communication technologies (ICTs) in the delivery of learning and teaching to improve the learning experience.

Reporting to the Manager, Learning and Teaching (Design) this position has been created as a linked classification to enhance career development pathways within the discipline and support the strategic and operational plans for the area. Movement from the linked base position to the higher classified level is not automatic and can only occur were the key accountabilities for advancement to the higher level are met.

**Qualifications**:
HEW 5
- Completion of a minimum of an associate diploma qualification and at least two years relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant skills, knowledge and experience.

HEW 6
- Completion of a relevant tertiary degree or an equivalent combination of relevant training, qualifications and experience.

Additional Information
**Salary Range**
The base salary for a HEW Level 5 is in the range $70,491 - $79,079 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation.
