**About the Role**

Are you a team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow your career in finance? We’re looking for a motivated **Collection Officer**to join our Credit Department at the Store Support Office in Mount Gravatt.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Managing a portfolio of credit customers
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving outstanding issues
- Handling inbound and outbound callsWorking collaboratively with a supportive and experienced team

**Who we're looking for**
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilitiesResilience, adaptability, and a positive, can-do attitude
