About the Role
Provide a high-level advisory service to line managers and staff across a range of workforce services functions.
Ensure the Workplace Health and Safety practices meet contemporary public sector requirements by regularly reviewing their efficiency and effectiveness and assisting in the ongoing development and implementation of quality improvement processes.
Ensure the manual handling risk identification, assessment and control program is in place and functioning correctly.
Develop and deliver training programs, workshops and presentations for Health and Safety practices for the Health Service.
