**About You**

Join our team as a Phlebotomist Experience in specimen collection, medical terminology or data entry is preferred, but not essential as on the job training will be provided. Minimal shift work required. Shifts at other Adelaide Hills and Murray Bridge SA Pathology sites will be required at times.

**About the role**

Join our team at Murray Bridge as an Operational Services Officer (Pathology Collector) and play a key role in delivering high-quality laboratory services to the community. In this essential role, you will work closely under either direct or general supervision (OPS1 or OPS2 level, depending on experience) to perform venepuncture and specimen collection, manage courier runs, and handle specimen sorting and accessioning in line with established protocols. Your role will involve precise data entry, specimen preparation, and maintaining the appropriate storage and transport standards for samples. As part of our team, you will gain hands-on experience while receiving structured training, ensuring you can confidently carry out your duties with accuracy and care.

This position calls for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, as you will manage both internal and external customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. **Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Working With Children Check (DHS)
