**Quality and Clinical Education Lead**

**Full time - Contract**

**Great opportunity to join Lerwin Residential Care and the Rural City of Murray Bridge. We are looking to appoint an experienced Aged Care Quality practitioner with an interest in clinical education, to support the delivery of care delivery to 80 elders of the Murray Bridge and region.**

**About the Role**

Working closely with the homes Manager and Senior Clinical team, this role will work to
- monitor business systems and regulatory compliance.
- Supports the Clinical team to monitor compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and to provide high quality outcomes for residents and their representatives.
- Supports the team through the provision of targeted clinical education and mentoring.
- Coordinates the homes mandatory training programs.
- Collection and submission of data for the National Aged Care Quality Indicator program
- Preparation of reports for the Aged Care Governance Committee and council
- Preparation and ongoing review of the homes self-assessment document.

**About You**

You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of experience preferably in residential aged care, and at least 2 years' experience in a Quality/Clinical Education role.

You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic, innovative, outcomes-driven and will assist with ensuring resident focused care at Lerwin.
