Supervising of treatments rooms and directing operational functions

Reporting to the general manager

Review, revise & direct sales & marketing concepts

Strong yield manager developing budgets & controlling cost factors
- Coach & mentor staff including reception
- Maintain all SOP's & quality standards
- Driving all retail activities
- Strategically optimise the potential bookings from guest, which includes upselling and upgrading
- Develop and maintain good relationship with the spa suppliers
- Ensuring the highest standards throughout the Spa at all times
- Sound financial knowledge of budgets, etc.
- Ability to implement SOPs
- Hands-on trainer and mentor
- Excellent guest contact skills

**Salary**: $80,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
