The award-winning Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is seeking a Building & Facilities Manager to join the team.

The **Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa** is an iconic tourist destination and award-winning spa located in the heart of Australia's Spa Capital nestled in the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve near Daylesford 90 minutes from Melbourne.

While the **Hepburn Escape Villas is**in the idyllic location on the banks of the Mineral Springs Reserve, just moments from the award-winning Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa. Each r individual is freestanding with over 75 square metres of luxurious, modern living and entertaining space - ideal for long, relaxing stays.

**The Role**

The Facility Services Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction the maintenance staff and maintenance contractors and ensure all areas of the centre are well maintained at the highest possible level of service.

Through the leadership and development of your team, you will support facility managers and other staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences, positive financial performance and contract deliverables for the facility. You will develop and execute operational plans through engagement with the leadership team to ensure the provision of consistent quality services and programs to local communities.

**About You**

You will demonstrate a successful track record in facility management in accordance with operational practices, contractual requirements, quality systems, legislative regulations and industry guidelines. Ensure the facility is well presented, clean and maintained at all times, while ensuring all appropriate reporting procedures are being followed.

Inherent in the role is the commitment to ethical practices, to foster strong team motivation and reinforcement of the Belgravia Leisure values, contributing to the positive work culture across the centre. To be considered for this role you will be a seasoned and professional manager, who leads with vision and energy, with extensive experience in commercial/business and contract management.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Highly developed leadership skills, with experience in building successful teams and developing a high-performance culture
- knowledge of general
- Demonstrative experience leading a dynamic and complex business operation, preferably from within the tourism, aquatic, retail, or hospitality industries
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with a flair for positive influencing
- Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and pool water treatment and pool plant operations.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field and/or extensive experience in Centre/Facility Management or senior management experience in a related industry is highly desirable
