**The Role**

The **Swim Programs Manager** oversees the management and operation of the swim school program for the maximum benefit of the community.

The Swim Programs Manager provides leadership and direction to program staff and ensures the delivery of programs to the highest standard possible.

**Key Accountability**:

- Develop, market and evaluate a range of program initiatives
- Investigate a range of under serviced markets with a view to increasing the Centre’s program base
- Objectively review programs to ascertain benchmarks for efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction and introduce strategies to work toward these benchmarks
- To effectively supervise including the rostering of all delegated program delivery staff
- Develop and up-skill a team of Coaches through regular in-service training modules

**Skills & Attributes**:
- Friendly, helpful and energetic work style
- Programming knowledge and understanding preferred
- Computer literacy, familiarity with software packages and point of sale systems
- Intermediate computer skills including experience with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the swim school/leisure/recreation industry is desirable
- Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2) (Desirable, will need before commencing)
- Current CPR Certificate (Desirable, will need before commencing)
- Police Check (Successful applicants will need to undertake)
- Working with Children Check (Desirable, will need before commencing)

The centre is located in Caroline Springs and is a BRAND-NEW purpose-built facility Jump offers a boutique learn to swim environment that is much different to our competitors. We create a perfect environment for children to learn to swim, free from the crowding and distractions at many other venues. With high growth experienced already, we currently have positions available for casual & part-time roles with great career progression opportunities.
