**About the role**
- Responsibilities:_
- Development and implementation of solutions in the areas of big data analytics, machine learning, machine vision as well as traditional engineering solutions such as PLC programming.
- Develop training and operation manuals to support the roll out of these solutions across ROM Network.
- Develop and maintain solutions relating to these technologies to enable the safe, reliable, and cost-effective support to fleet assets.
- Monitor, audit, and report on the performance of systems to ensure ongoing utilisation, identify performance concerns and recommend actions for improvement.
- Deliver and contribute to the operational Key Performance Indicators and associated business plans of the branch and the unit.

**About you**
- Qualifications or minimum 3 years’ experience in the implementation of VR/AR/MR, machine learning, machine vision or autonomous systems
- UI and UX knowledge and support.
- Experience in the heavy vehicle, manufacturing or maintenance sectors is preferable
- Demonstrated capability in the use of engineering software and database management.
- Thorough understanding of current and emerging technologies (CS and big data)
- Permanent resident or citizen
- Per NSW Government policy all employees must be fully vaccinated.
