This **full-time, permanent** role combines 80% hands-on expertise in electrical machine repair with 20% supervisory responsibilities, ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of our operations.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
As a Team Leader, you’ll:

- ️ Mentor and supervise tradespeople and apprentices, fostering a culture of development and safety.
- Inspect, repair, and overhaul High, Medium, and Low Voltage electric motors and rotating equipment.
- ️ Assemble, disassemble, and perform balancing on motors and generators.
- Conduct onsite repairs of electrical rotating equipment.
- Ensure outgoing jobs meet safety and quality standards through thorough inspections.
- Compile job reports and update work instructions and safety analyses.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to schedule jobs and allocate resources effectively.
- Step into the Workshop Supervisor role as needed.

**What You’ll Bring**

- **Education**: A trade qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Electrical Licence is a bonus).
- **Experience**: Demonstrated expertise in repairing and rewinding electrical motors and generators.
