Our purpose-built facility in the heart of Cardiff features inspiring Studio spaces influenced by the Reggio Emilia approach, blending natural and manmade environments to spark creativity and curiosity. Our High-Quality Educational Curriculum is designed to be child-led, holistic, and enjoyable. We are looking for passionate, supportive, and genuine Educators. Join us and be part of our dynamic Bluebird Early Education Cardiff team, with permanent part-time position available for:

  • Educational Leader

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in an Educational Leader role at an Early Childhood Education Centre.
  • Diploma (or actively working towards)
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Current Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection certificates or willingness to obtain
  • Current Safe Sleep and Food Handling certificates or willingness to obtain
  • Passionate about delivering exceeding early education and care
