Manage, develop strategies and provide advice for the planning, delivery and solutions of facilities management services, including security services, building issues, disaster recovery, building maintenance, accommodation and office fit-out and business continuity, at QPS Headquarters and other nominated sites. Lead and manage project teams in the development, implementation, maintenance and review of programs, systems, policies, standards and procedures impacting the planning and/or management of accommodation and facilities functions. Foster a challenging, equitable, ethical and safe work environment for staff, which encourages commitment, skills development and professional growth and continuous improvement. Prepare briefing material for the Minister and executive management on strategic, policy, operational and other issues relating to the delivery of accommodation and facilities functions. Consult, liaise and negotiate with a diversity of stakeholders and represent the business unit at forums and committees.
