**About the Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic
**Sales Cadet** with strong customer service and sales background to join our Fuso Sales Department.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for career growth in the automotive industry. So, if you don’t have any sales experience, don’t worry as there will be a supportive training and development plan provided to you in order to flourish in this role but also provide you with an opportunity to climb the ladder within the business.
Successfully completing our cadetship means you will be offered a position working with a leading automotive brand in a challenging and rewarding performance-driven environment.
This role could also suit someone from a mechanical background or an associated industry.

**Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:
- Providing assistance to customers with a focus on selling Fuso’s Ready Built Canter Range
- Generating a client base and achieving sales targets
- Reviewing orders and documentations for entry into the system
- Customise and tailor products to suit customers’ requirements
- Maintaining ongoing relationships & retention with customers through regular follow-up and by following up on quotes and information requests with customers to maximise conversion of quotes
- Respond to sales enquiries in a timely manner
- Support and assist the customers aligned to our company’s 3 pillars of Speed, Value and Trust
- Attend and actively participate in all sales and product training
**The successful applicant will possess**:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong desire to be a top performer
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to learn and embrace industry best practices
- Strong customer service focus
- A willingness to obtain a HR heavy rigid truck license
- A willingness to obtain Sales licence
- Current unrestricted drivers’ licence required
