We’re on the hunt for a Digital Ad Operations Executive to join our Digital Ad Ops team.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Execute and oversee end-to-end ad campaign setup and management across various digital channels, including audio, video, display, mobile and social media.
- Traffic creative assets, including audio, video, display ads and rich media units, ensuring they are correctly implemented and delivered in accordance with ad and campaign specifications.
- Regularly monitor campaign performance metrics, including impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot any technical issues related to ad serving, tracking or creative implementation, working closely with the tech and support teams to resolve them swiftly.
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance, audience targeting, and overall advertising strategies.
- Conduct thorough quality check to ensure ad creatives, landing pages, and tracking tags are accurate, functional, and comply with industry standards.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, presenting finding, and making recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.
- Assist in budget allocation to ensure efficient and cost-effective ad spend across campaigns.
