Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.
**Your Opportunity**:
The position of Service Improvement and Development Manager will:
Provide leadership, management, direction and coordination for the programs and activities for the Division of Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) to ensure the provision of quality, safe, effective and timely child and family centred care;
Develop and deliver programs and services consistent with the identified needs in accordance with CHQ HHS processes and key priorities;
Provide leadership and operational management of all administrative staff across CYMHS including referral and access services, and business support functions;
Provide effective leadership of both clinical and corporate governance across CYMHS;
Foster and promote an environment of participation and collaboration for service developments and improvements with key stakeholders.
