We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Lifestyle Assistant at our beautiful home in Brighton VIC.

How you will make an impact as a Lifestyle Assistant

• Assist in carrying out lifestyle assessments of residents
• Promote happiness, wellbeing and quality of life for residents
• Assist in delivery of various workshops, social and other activities
• Actively participate in the delivery of activity programs
• Document any changes to resident's activities or as required by Occupational Health & Safety
• Communicate with residents and their families

What you will bring to the role

• Proactive and energetic self-starter with strong customer service focus
• Demonstrated understanding and knowledge regarding the ACFI framework (desirable)
• Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable)
• An eagerness to grow and develop career in Aged Care
