**Responsibilities**
- People Management_
- ** Provide leadership to FM teams in Australia, New Zealand and ASEAN region**:

- ** Mentor & enable training & development of team members**:

- ** Ensure Succession Planning for all critical roles is ready for implementation**:

- ** Nurture an environment conducive to good teamwork and co-operation among colleagues**:

- ** Promote Initiative/Idea sharing across the sites in the Area and create opportunities for wider collaboration in the account and company**:
**_ Client Management_**:

- ** Establish/Strengthen credible relationships with client Leaders in the Area.**:

- ** Interact on a regular basis with client Leaders in the Area to sustain healthy relationships.**:

- Contracts Management_
- ** Ensure that all Regional/Area bundled contracts are implemented with excellence at sites and performance managed working closely with Regional Sourcing team**:

- ** Work with Regional and Global Purchasing to implement Regional/Global sourcing strategies**:

- Site Operations Management_
- ** Deliver services as defined in the relevant Schedules of the Master Service Agreement ensuring the implementation and compliance with Best Practice procedures**:

- ** Ensure critical & key performance measurements & achieve targets**:

- ** Ensure that Account Management is informed immediately of any Critical Performance incidents on site/s and support Regional Operations Manager in performing the follow-up actions and communications.**:

- ** Ensure Completion of all required audits and achieve targets**:

- Health and Safety Management_
- ** Ensure that all sites meet all legal and Client required H&S regulations**:

- ** Ensure that all Jones Lang LaSalle staff are working in compliance with H&S regulations**:

- Finance Management_
- ** Ensure that all sites meet all financial targets and control requirements**:

- ** Provide standard monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and management reports as required**:

- Other_
- ** Ensure all Governance & Compliance is followed as required by both JLL & Client**:

- ** Provide support for regional wide based programs to include items such as client audit programs and other initiatives as required**:
**Interested? This is what we are looking for**:
You will have proven experience in Facilities Account Management and exposure to working on Regional or Global Accounts would be highly beneficial. Likewise, you are a pro at handling complex account structures and client sensitivities.

Ideally Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management / Engineering will be advantageous and experience managing complex account structures (running multiple teams across multiple locations)
