**Pay Rate**: $50.93 - $53.91 p/h + super

**Location**: ACT

**Role Description**

The Project Administrator will be under the direction and report to the the Executive Branch Manager and assist with all aspects of the program, including working closely with the program stakeholders and the delivery teams, so strong leadership, organisation and communications skills are a must. Your mission is to help the program meet its quality standards and deliver on time and within budget.

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Provide quality and timely administrative support, including developing and maintaining systems and structures to support the effective operation of the Branch.
- Facilitate communication and coordination of administration activities including the provision of secretariat support, travel arrangements, processing finance and human resource arrangements.
- Implement systems that optimise efficiency, and effectively manage and maintain accurate Branch information including data entry, records management, and reporting.

**Essential Requirements**
- SharePoint experience
