Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Project Support Officer on a contract for 10 months with potential extension.

**Position Overview**
- Provision of professional administration and coordination services in support of the Estate Development business including but not limited to; _
- _Manage and administer Group Mailboxes. _
- _Schedule performance meetings with Service Delivery Partners. _
- _Assist with project work order management and purchase order management, including raising and issuing work orders or purchase orders, developing Alternative Proposals, finalising SDP claims and invoicing Defence. _
- _Provide ad hoc Administrative Support to DELM, DEWPO and CFI Teams at all Base Support Areas as required to support the ongoing broader Downer Defence. _
- _Raising purchase orders and goods receipting invoices _
- _Preparing project documents _
- _Support and comply with Downer Defence Performance Management Framework objectives in order to achieve successful outcomes. _
- _Electronic archiving - File structure SharePoint _
- Ensure effective communication

**Requirement**
- Ability to obtain and retain Defence security clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory)
- Pre-placement medical (inclusive of Hearing + Spiro + Functional + Das 21 + Instant D&A)
- Police Check
- Current drivers licence (preferred)
- LITMOS - Site Induction, EMOS Induction, Zero Harm Induction, Professional Behaviours Induction, First Impressions Induction, Environmental Awareness Induction
