Global Operations Manager

You will report to the Mining Portfolio Leader, and be based at our Perth office in Australia. As a Global Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all end-to-end customer-facing and revenue-generating activities within the respective Regional Operations. Through leading a team of Operations Managers, the Global Operations Manager must ensure overall revenue target achievement, consistent global sales enablement of commercial teams, high-quality delivery of all customer-facing activities (including events, support and professional services) and consistent implementation and compliance of internal processes across regions, for all current products in the Portfolio. Additionally, the Global Operations Manager will be expected to ensure the successful execution of internal strategic initiatives defined in conjunction with the Portfolio Leader, Product Manager, Product Specialist Lead, Operations Managers, and/or Company Executive Leadership.

**Here’s what we need from you**:

- 10+ years of experience working for a software company or in the software technology space
- Proven commercial team leadership with measurable financial outcomes
- Strong operational leadership experience in vertical market software, including managing cross-functional teams with technical members
- Demonstrated experience working in global, multi-cultural environments and across time zones
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels internally and externally
- Technologically curious and adaptable to emerging innovations
- Experience in the mineral resources industry (highly desirable)
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, IT, or Geosciences (highly desirable)

**Here’s what you’ll do***:

- Execution of global strategies to grow product revenues across all regions within the Portfolio
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and lead continuous improvements, maintaining global consistency across sales, services, support, training, people, and culture
- Set annual, quarterly and monthly regional revenue targets with Regional Operations Managers
- Deliver accurate revenue forecasting and achievement tracking (forecasts vs. actuals)
- Prepare accurate annual and quarterly OPEX forecasting
- Provide monthly reporting of Portfolio performance
- Collaborate with Portfolio Leader and Marketing to define and execute global marketing strategies
- Accountable to ensure Regional Operations are sufficiently enabled with product-specific processes, tools, content and training to sell effectively
- Engage and partner across customer-facing Regional Operations, product and technical teams, foundation functions, technology partners, customers, Nova Network Partners, executive leadership, and the wider Constellation Software group
