**Your Role**
This is a Cyber Security Awareness Analyst, (phishing simulation program lead) role where you will work to help protect IAG’s digital and information assets by increasing the security education and awareness of our staff, and partners. The key focus is to help support the Security Education and Awareness Manager, and activities of the Security Education and Awareness team. This role is in one of the critical teams in the Cyber & Protective Services. It is part of an elite team that is in huge demand across Australia and New Zealand. A major sophisticated cyber-attack against IAG could have a catastrophic impact on the business, and this team is one of the main lines of defence against such an attack. You will build close relationships with diverse professionals. You will enjoy the challenge of utilising your passion for cyber security.
**About you -**
- You’ll create, test and send reports for Phishing simulations. Manage phishing simulation tools and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- You will work with the team to research, create and deliver security educational content to IAG and key stakeholders.
- You will have experience with dealing with end user’s technical issues and troubleshooting these to a successful resolution.
- You have good analytical and organisational skills, as well as good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- You’ll have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- You have knowledge of cyber security issues for a large corporation.
- You will have experience with SQL and knowledge with data visualisation tools such as Tableau/Power BI.
- Having experience in helpdesk user issues triage and resolution is a benefit.
- You’ll manage the simulation dashboard, ensure monthly updates, manage documentation, requests and promotion. Resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner.
- You will assign Cyber Security training as remediation of security incidents.
- You will update the phishing programs Education Metrics report monthly.
- You will help support general projects and upcoming education and awareness campaigns and projects.
- You’ll monitor and manage the Cyber Education inbox / ServiceNow queue for security related enquiries.
