Cyber Security Program Manager

This role is focused on developing and leading the security awareness program within a large enterprise organization.
The Security Awareness and Communication Specialist will be responsible for innovating and deploying creative communication channels to effectively convey cyber security messages to team members.
This involves:
- Developing a comprehensive security awareness program that empowers team members to understand and respond to cyber risks effectively.
- Designing and implementing targeted phishing simulations to assess and improve team member vigilance across the organization.
- Establishing key relationships with stakeholders, including Cyber Security and IT leadership.
- Championing a security mindset across the organization, encouraging engagement with the Cyber Security team.
For this role, candidates should have:
- 3+ years of experience in organizational learning and change management.
- Project management experience with the ability to plan, manage, and maintain complex and sustainable programs.
- A broad knowledge of cyber security and the ability to keep up with industry trends.
