At **Vitalus**, we’re passionate about natural health and proud to supply premium organic and natural products to retail customers across Australia. We’ve recently merged two powerhouse distributors in the health space that have been operating for 20+ years and we are poised for serious growth over the coming years as we set out to be Australia’s leading health food distributor. We’re seeking an experienced **Accounts Receivable Officer** who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in managing accounts from start to finish.

You’ll work as part of a team of two in AR, reporting directly to the Financial Controller with a focus on end-to-end receivables. We are currently in the process of automating our reminders using Creditor Watch which will give the account receivable team more time to focus on reconciliation, new accounts and customer relationships as well as opportunity for you to branch out and gain exposure across the broader finance team working closely with the Finance controller or take on project work.

**About the Role**
- Manage accounts receivable from banking to collections
- Follow up on overdue accounts in a professional, solutions-focused manner
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Onboard new accounts and set up new website users
- Assist with general administration tasks and finance projects as required

**What You’ll Bring**

✔ Proven accounts receivable experience
✔ Confident communicator with an excellent phone manner
✔ Comfortable chasing overdue payments while maintaining positive relationships
✔ Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
✔ Team player with a willingness to assist across departments
✔ Experience with ERP systems and fairly advanced with Microsoft Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,613.97 - $86,824.72 per year
