**The importance of this role**

The Business and Data Support Specialist is responsible for providing specialist advice and support in developing and maintaining reporting tools. The reporting that you provide will assist our service teams to monitor and ensure compliance in several areas.

As part of your daily tasks, you will:

- Research, analyse, develop and present relevant data; provide recommendations and solutions.
- Coordinate and support data requirements relating to audit findings and reviews; coordinate best practice audit tool development and reporting.
- Analyse Seniors Living issues, develop and deliver complex business solutions.
- Monitor the Digital Health & Information Support Desk ticketing system and ensure completion of tickets within designated senior living areas.
- Provide complex advice and support in the development, continuous improvement and communication of training resources, new process or project documentation and digital solutions in line with industry best practice.

**About you**

You are a customer-centric individual with clear and concise communication skills. Your curiosity, critical thinking and desire for continuous improvement will equip you to explore opportunities to improve process and automate tasks where possible. Your proactivity will enable you to anticipate customer wants and needs and work towards addressing them. Your experience in Aged Care, whilst not essential is desirable

To thrive in this role your skills knowledge and experience ideally include:

- Degree qualification in business administration or other relevant area.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of business intelligence and client management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and analyse data to provide meaningful reporting and recommendations and work instructions.
- Demonstrated experience in front line service support.
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
