**Service Coordinator**
- Phone-based Customer Service/Servicer Coordinator role responsible for day-to-day scheduling and support of Technicians in a Service-Based industry._

My client provides specialist services within the Electrical industry. They are looking for a driven Service Coordinator to allocate, manage and support a team of technical services specialists to ensure excellent customer service.

The role, office based in Seven Hills, will work as part of a dedicated multi-functional support team. This role is a part time opportunity 20 hour a week.

**About the role**:

- Proactive scheduling of a team of service technicians.
- Providing cost estimates to new and existing clients
- Management of job paperwork and closeout
- Booking travel-related requirements (motels, flights etc.)

**About you**:

- Prior experience in a role scheduling field-based specialists
- Excellent phone manner and good computer skills
- High-level organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport quickly

Prior experience in the Electrical or complimentary industry highly regarded.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for timely service delivery and getting excellent outcomes.
