**What’s the role?**

**Join Our Commercial Banking Team - Parental Leave Cover (9-12 Months)**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Commercial Banking team on a **full-time, fixed-term basis**to cover a **parental leave period of 9 to 12 months**. This role will be based in **Perth**, managing a **property-focused portfolio**and working closely with medium to large-sized business clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, acquiring new-to-bank customers, and delivering exceptional service to our existing clients. You will actively engage with external partners, brokers, and industry networks to drive business growth and enhance our market presence.

**What do I need?**
- Proven expertise in commercial lending
- Experience in corporate and commercial banking environments
- Strong credit analysis and risk assessment capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex financial dealsA proactive approach to business development and stakeholder engagement
