About the role:

- **Essential**:_
- Minimum one year experience as a Change Coordinator or similar role within Change Management.
- Experience in providing a range of administrative support services to facilitate the delivery of outcomes within the team/project/branch.
**De**_**sirable**:_
- Previous experience analysing and transforming ICT business processes is considered advantageous
- Understanding of ITIL processes and procedures is considered advantageous.
