**About the role**

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for arts, culture, and community development? Join us at the City of Greater Dandenong as the **Coordinator Experiences and Partnerships**, an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established team within the **Creative and Engaged City Department**.

In this pivotal role, you will shape the cultural identity of our diverse and vibrant community, driving innovative initiatives that position the City of Greater Dandenong as a leading creative hub in Melbourne's Southeast. You’ll oversee a dynamic portfolio that includes public art, exhibitions, theatre programming, community arts and community programming, while leading programming at our key cultural and community hubs to deliver engaging, high-quality experiences for all.

Central to this role is driving meaningful partnerships with artists, cultural and creative institutions, community organisations, and funding partners, creating opportunities for collaboration, and resource-sharing that amplify the impact of our cultural initiatives.
