**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As Baby Bunting continues its journey to be truly customer first, an opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and passionate Marketing Coordinator to play a critical role in our dynamic Category Marketing Team. Reporting directly to the Senior Category Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in the execution of strategic marketing plans for the Travel & Feeding Customer Missions/ Categories and the Baby Bunting Brand.

You will be part of a collaborative and growing high performing team, driven to achieve positive business outcomes for Baby Bunting and to support Australian families & communities.

To be successful in this role, you will have a breadth of marketing experience, gained in a multi-channel retailer.

Primarily tasked with the seamless implementation of all marketing activities, this role will have a focus on:

- Assists the Marketing and Campaign Teams in the development and execution of ATL & BTL marketing campaigns in conjunction with internal & external partners, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing activities.
- Track and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty, in partnership with the Loyalty & CRM team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as suppliers, agencies, and media outlets to maximise customer and business opportunities.
- Support the Marketing & Merchandising teams in coordinating growing product categories and implementing supplier media initiatives.
- Responsible for Local Area Marketing, Community Partnerships and Baby Bunting Services marketing.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on category marketing or retail marketing or advertising agency experience working on a retail client.
- Proven track record executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Experience in the retail or baby goods industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media) is highly desirable.
- Passion for customer-centricity and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
