**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, this vital role will;
- Follow up and engage with the HealthCert database and warm leads with a view to enrolling primary health care professionals (GP’s) into courses and qualifications that align with their desired professional development outcomes
- Take a value-based selling and hunter approach to engage prospective students and direct them to appropriate courses with tangible outcomes
- Thrive on building desire within prospects and closing sales
- Understand and have experience in connecting with GP’s (and other primary health care professionals). Prior medical or drug rep experience is desirable
- Manage a pipeline of leads within SLA's including full and transparent reporting and utilisation of tracking through the CRM system (SalesForce)
- Manage and deliver effective business development actives that build engagement and interest amongst our target audience (strategic list extraction from database, relationship building at face to face events etc)
- Work in close consultation with the marketing team to continually improve communication and feedback in relation to the quality and engagement of prospective customers to the business
- Attend education events throughout the year to continue to build on relationships with customers face to face (some domestic travel will be required)

**About the applicant**:
Essential Experience:
- Robust experience in an outbound telephone sales environment
- Experience in end-to-end lead and pipeline management
- Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) is essential

- A high level of sales confidence, drive and resilience - a strong desire to make contact, close the sale
- Self-managed and able to work with mínimal supervision

Skills & Knowledge:
- Previous experience in selling with the Health industry or Medical Services
- Knowledge and expertise in recruitment and enrolment processes for Adult Education
- Excellent communication skills
- Develop and deliver information to diverse range of customers
