**As the Rooms Division Manager, **you report directly to our Resort Operations Manager. You will manage and oversee both our Housekeeping and Front Office teams. **It is essential that you have first-hand experience with managing a Housekeeping and Front Office department as this is very much a hands-on role.**

**We are looking for a strong, organised leader with proven management experience managing and co-ordinating a large team across multiple departments. **You will have demonstrated experience managing budgets, cost control, performance standards, work flow and staffing requirements. With 202 villas and a large buggy fleet, managing your time and priorities will challenge you. This role is very operational and initially will require your focus to be weighted towards housekeeping while still ensuring the smooth operation of Front Office.

**To succeed in this role,** you will bring experience in 4/5 Star Resorts or Hotels that deliver high-end Boutique Accommodation offerings. You will enjoy managing a large diverse team with a focus on luxury and delivering an amazing guest experience.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years Operational experience within a 100 room plus Hotel or Resort environment
- Professional qualifications in Hospitality Management desirable.
- Experience managing Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
- Effective department leadership to optimise business outcomes
- A proven history of maintaining excellent product and service standards whilst maximising revenue and minimising expenses
- Monitor the implementation of purchasing procedures, assess tenders for goods and services
- Demonstrated success in motivating and developing high performing teams
- Identify improvements and opportunities that will further enhance the guest’s experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
- Experience with budget control and rostering
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external working relationships
- Knowledge of compliance, WHS risk and operational risk mitigation strategies
