**About the Role**

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager and Regional General Manager, this is an exciting role where you will get involved in a variety of campaigns and lead local marketing for QLD. You will help manage the planning and delivery of a wide range of activities, including: campaigns, promotions, new restaurant openings, events, partnerships, community programs, catering and fundraising events.
- Develop and manage the QLD marketing calendar
- Pitch, negotiate and execute state-based partnerships, community programs and activations
- Execute promotional campaigns for new restaurant launches
- Partner closely with our Operations team to help drive growth for our restaurants
- Partner with Central Marketing to land national activity on a local level
- Develop post campaign analysis for local marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement

**What we are looking for?**
- Experience within a similar marketing role - ideally you will have local marketing or multi-site experience
- If you have previously worked in hospitality and understand operations this is a bonus
- Strong communication and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders as you will work as the conduit between Central Marketing in Support Office and our in-market Operations teams
- The ability to analyse data and gain insights to drive results
- A passion for engaging and helping local communities
- A natural ability to manage your own time
- Flexible attitude and a passion for getting out to meet our teams and partners. This role will be a mix of working from home and from restaurants and will require some weekend and after-hours work at times
