**About the role**:
Exciting new role reporting into the Head of Human Resources for Supply Chain. As our HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and the Head of HR to deliver the HR Strategic plan and business initiatives across the Supply Chain Function. You will work closely with all levels of People Leaders on HR-related matters, providing robust support in the areas of talent and succession, performance, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and change management.

In this role, you will provide technical expertise and support for supply chain sites and functions on change initiatives, HR projects and leadership and team development.

**What will you do**:

- Providing generalist HR support and guidance for our Procurement & Supply Chain Development Teams.
- Supporting leaders and employees through the employment lifecycle, such as development, engagement, performance management and talent acquisition, in conjunction with the HR Centres of Excellence.
- Actively engage the teams, to build strong business partnerships and relationships, to understand their business and people objectives, challenges and areas for development
- Support the Supply Chain HR programs of work through leading and coordinating of HR strategic projects. This may include talent and retention, engagement and change management projects.
- Develop and drive change strategies and plans to ensure our people our engaged and supported through change initiatives within the Supply Chain function, including capital projects, system changes and transformation activities
- Coordinate the leadership and team development program, for all levels of Supply Chain Leaders, in conjunction with the HR Centres of Excellence.
- Support the manufacturing sites as required, including development of change and communication materials, supporting the Simplot Engagement survey and workplace relations strategies.

**About you**:

- Significant HR Generalist depth and breadth (e.g. performance management, talent and succession, development)
- Demonstrable experience in being able to successfully influence and support multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence and engage leaders and employees at all levels of the organization
- Effective planning and organisational skills and a track record of follow through and attention to critical detail
