We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a prestigious Eastern Suburbs Clinic. You will oversee all aspects of the business's commercial side and ensure that Patient Care and Service are prioritised at all times.

Some of your duties will involve the following:

- Rostering and managing all qualified and non-qualified Staff
- Liaising with the essential Medical Aesthetics and Laser Device Providers to ensure stock availability and devices are serviced within the timeframes
- Managing all aspects of the P&L and driving gross profit. This will entail local BDM activities, utilising and driving marketing initiatives on social media.
- Managing the entire operation of the Clinic day to day. This may entail dealing with patients' reactions to products, managing Staff rostering issues, managing product supply problems, and ensuring all aspects of the Clinic run smoothly daily.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the Staff are receiving ongoing product training and they are qualified to administer injectables and medical/chemical peels and operate laser machinery.

You will ensure your team is highly skilled and well-trained. Their experience, coupled with their knowledge, reassures your patients that their treatment and welfare are prioritised.

You are commercially savvy with strong financial skills. You understand the P&L and how to continue growing the business by focusing on gross profit and market share.

As the Clinic Manager, you influence how each team member is a Brand Ambassador for the Clinic. Aesthetics is a luxury product which many patients consider essential. Your patients are investing in their longevity, skin quality and wellness. They expect an "experience", and discretion is paramount.
