A leading beauty and wellness clinic in Sydney CBD is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist & Management Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent customer service skills. If you have experience in administration or reception and an interest in the beauty industry, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments using booking software
- Assist the clinic manager with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area
- Support promotional activities and assist with social media engagement if required
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in both English & Chinese (must be able to read and write Chinese)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative (experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, friendly demeanor and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
