As we continue our rapid growth, we are searching for two exceptional **Practice Managers** to help lead our team into the next phase of innovation, excellence, and transformation.
**Your Mission: Elevate, Inspire, Deliver**
As a Luxe Practice Manager, you are more than an operations leader — you are a _visionary coach_, _strategic thinker_, and _brand ambassador_. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our clinic culture, motivating your team to exceed service expectations, and implementing initiatives that drive performance, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of nurses, therapists, and front-of-house professionals.
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Drive monthly sales targets, package conversions, and client retention through strategic planning and team coaching.
- Monitor performance KPIs, client feedback, and service outcomes to guide continuous improvement.
- Manage booking systems, rosters, inventory, compliance, and coordination with head office.
- Uphold Luxe standards in aesthetics, hygiene, communication, and hospitality.
- Contribute to new project rollouts, marketing activations, and VIP client engagement events.
**We Are Looking For**
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within the medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or healthcare sector.
- Exceptional people management and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual fluency in English _and_ either Chinese or Korean (strongly preferred).
- A natural passion for premium service, beauty, and wellness.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Tech-savvy with CRM, POS, and clinic scheduling software.
