As our trusted Manager at our beautifully equipped clinic at **Laser Clinics Leichhardt** you will play a pivotal role in the business and be responsible for championing our specialist advanced skin & laser Therapists to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients whilst driving clinic success through on-going training, ensuring efficient clinic operations and advocating and embodying our vision of ‘Beauty Tailored to You’.

**As one of our inspired leaders (or leader’s in training) you will be responsible for**:

- Engaging, developing, training & motivating our valued team members
- Recruiting & inducting our clinic staff
- Plan and drive operational and retail excellence through the review of performance data (financial, sales and activity levels)
- Promote and advocate our marketing campaigns in clinic and on various social media platforms
- Be an advanced skin and laser expert, who is able to upskill others within our team
- Rostering, reporting and day-to-day management of our clinics

**What you will bring to Laser Clinics**

We are on the hunt for experienced Beauty Therapists & people leaders, who have a passion for the beauty industry and have a desire to inspire and motive a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence whilst delivering on clinic sales, KPI’s and customer satisfaction. Your personal toolkit will include:

- Diploma of Beauty Therapy
- Previous experience in a fast-paced beauty/ aesthetics environment
- Superior customer service and focus on achieving sales targets
