You may be a recent graduate or have some experience supporting end users and are looking for some career development. You are keen to learn more and grow within an IT environment. You are highly organised, energetic and love to troubleshoot computing issues. You have great communication and excellent customer service, planning, problem solving and can think creatively to meet service delivery requirements.

In addition, you will have:

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong Level 1/2 IT support experience
- Strong planning and organising skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to absorb complex information and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong documentation skills
- ITIL Certification
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems or a related discipline.

**Your new role**:
Following an internal promotion this opportunity has become available and is primarily responsible for consistent, reliable delivery of technology services across the organisation. You will be providing 1st and second level support on site at our North Sydney Support office and work with users across multiple sites. This will include internet, LAN, WAN, Telephony, end point infrastructure (including printer, laptops, tablets, desktop, phone and mobile solutions. This is a high profile and highly visible role with key responsibility for service delivery to end users.

You will be responsible for:

- Supporting the Service desk, field services and IT procurement functions
- Staff on/off boarding & IT training
- Unified Communications (including voice and video)
- File and Print Services
- Data storage and management
- Internet Services and Data Networks
- Meeting room & board room management
- End point management including laptops, desktops, ipads, phones & tablets
